Juan picked up this mint 1999 Harley-Davidson FXR3 CVO in the popular Candy Emerald Green Flame colorway about a week before our trip out to the 85th Annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. With a few quick upgrades he set out to ride that thing 1700+ Miles across the western United States.
