This warranty program DOES NOT cover any defects due to accidents, improper fit, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, rips, tears, holes, burns, pilling, and shrinking. 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use, or the natural break down of colors and materials over time.
