FAQ's

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We have seen shipments take up to 1-3 months from the time it leaves our warehouse and goes through customs both in our country and yours. Please have patience with your international orders. We will not reship your order unless it is deemed lost or missing for 3 months. 

Combining Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders. We ship in the order that they are received to avoid any delays in processing time.

Shipping Timeframe: Please allow our team a few business days to process, package, and get your order out the door. Please keep in mind, the shipping method timeframe you have selected applies AFTER we ship it out (we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, we are out riding!). You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order has been shipped


Backorders: In stock items ship out as quickly as possible. If your order is on backorder, or has an item on backorder, you will be notified as soon as possible about the delay.
