Located about 250 miles from Thrashin headquarters is the famous Death Valley National Park. We ripped through Death Valley to Beatty Nevada for the night and then cut over to Kernville Ca the next day. Here are some cool visuals from our trip!

The Milwaukee Eight Softail platform was first introduced in 2018, while simultaneously canceling production of the Dyna Model, this bike took over the "Cruiser" category for HD. Like all Harley's they deserve to be made your own and Jess did just that.

Bike Check - Rob Scott’s 2003 Harley-Davidson Dyna 

Since Harley-Davidson stopped production of the Dyna model in 2017, the die hard Dyna riders are grabbing these bikes up when they can! Rob picked up this 2003 Dyna just months before the 80th Sturgis Rally to have a bike he could trust to make the 5000 mile road trip. This Dyna is special in that it is a 100 year anniversary edition for Harley-Davidson with it’s commemorate badging and limited paint scheme, these bike are not easy to find!

Bike Check - Lance Coury's 1992 Harley Davidson FXR

Recently the FXR has been very sought after, with riders and collectors appreciating its Erik Beull designed frame using the tri-mount and link system that had been introduced a couple of years earlier on the FLT, eliminated vibration as an issue. A very stout and stiff frame wrapped around the mechanicals, in­stead of the purer backbone designs of previous FXs(Dyna), which hung components onto the central backbone structure.The FXR Frame has less casted parts and has a lot of welded stamped steal parts. These bikes were built in the era before robots were welding everything, they were built by hand. They just don't make Harley's like they used to! The Harley Davidson FXR was build from 1982 until 1995 and was later reintroduced in the late 90's early 2000's as the FXR2 and FXR3 with limited production numbers.
